Once you have filled in all necessary information, you will be asked to verify your entries.  Then you will be sent to a signature page to sign and return along with the registation fee. 

Once CCPS has received that signature page, a confirmation letter will be mailed in regards to your child's admission. 
We can NOT process any applications without the Signature Page and Contract and Registration Fee!
